Toowoomba Swap

We now have word from the bank when the credit card payment facility will be in place.
This process has taken far longer than anticipated, sorry.

So those who have been waiting to book the remaining sites will be able to do so by Christmas.

As soon as everything is working, the link to online bookings will be placed here.

All existing site holders have been transferred and their sites booked. If you have an email address registered with us, then you will already have your new tickets sent.

A small number of sites have been renamed. Rest assured you will have the same site as before, it will just have a different name.

For existing site holders, the old and new tickets will be mailed out when the credit card payments are working, because only then can you re-book for next swap.

Note that the new ticket will be scanned as you first come into the swap.

Thank you for your continued patience during the transition.

2018 Toowoomba Swap Meet is over, so we are all taking a break before planning starts for 2019.

Rain on Saturday was more than expected, and caused lower attendance from both site holders and the general public.

The DDVVMC is committed to the continued success of the Toowoomba Swap Meet, and  looks forward to working with our site holders, outside contractors and volunteers to create a great event you won't want to miss.

Please know that we take all feedback seriously and aim to improve key points for each year.

The 2019 Toowoomba Swap will be held on Saturday, 2nd and Sunday 3rd February, 2019.

2019 will be the 47th Toowoomba Swap Meet and it is now counted among the biggest three such events in Australia.

Some of you might not know that it is organised and managed solely by the Darling Downs Veteran & Vintage Motor Club Inc. (DDVVMC).

Each year, our members volunteer to assist in the running of the swap meet; it's an exciting and rewarding event to be a part of. Anyone interested in being a part of the Club and the Swap should contact our Membership Officer.

Around 15,000 people from the general public attend, including approximately 1,800 Site holders and a volunteer force in the 100's.

The Swap operating hours are 6am to 6pm, Saturday and 6am to 12 noon Sunday.

Looking forwarding to seeing you all once again at our next Toowoomba Swap.

Enthusiastically
