The Toowoomba Swap Booking Office will re-open on Monday 4th November 2019. On that day, the link to the bookings website will be made available on this page.
Telephone assistance to book sites for the 2020 and 2021 Swaps will also be available from 1pm - 5pm Monday - Friday from 4th November. Outside these times, you can email email@example.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Good sites are still available for the 2020 Swap.
When you book a site for the 2020 swap, you will also be given a reservation for the 2021 swap. With your 2021 reservation, you have until Sunday the 16th February (two weeks after the 2020 swap) to complete the reservation, after that date any unsold sites will be made publicly available.
If you have trouble with your reservation for 2021, you can visit the booking office at the 2020 swap, and we will process your reservation for you.
Prices for the 2021 swap will be the same as for 2020.
No refunds after 1st January, 2020
The DDVVMC does not condone the on-selling of site bookings. Bookings are to be arranged with the Official Booking Office and no one else. We have received reports of unscrupulous individuals attempting to sell bookings, sometimes for four times the original price. Do not trust these people.
Additionally, there are individuals attempting to sell public liability insurance to site holders. This is a scam and in no way connected with the DDVVMC. Encounters with either type of person should be reported to the DDVVMC.
Siteholders sell a variety of items including complete vehicles; old, reproduction & NOS parts for vehicles; 4x4's and motorcycles; new and used tools; hotrod parts; clothing; antiques & collectables; so there's something for everyone.
Upcoming Swap meet
The next Toowoomba Swap meet is being held on Saturday 1st February & Sunday 2nd February 2020 at the Toowoomba Show Grounds
The Toowoomba Swap Meet has 1750 sites. Many of these are rebooked by the end of the Swap Meet.
Please note that we reserve the right to increase any or all of the entry prices at any time.
DDVVMC accepts no liability for acts of negligence on a siteholders swap site. It is the responsibility of swap siteholders to arrange their own public liability insurance cover.
Siteholders and visitors to the swap are advised that dogs are not allowed in the swap venue except as allowed by law.
